Message First of all I would like to say great blog!
I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
I've had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.

I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted
just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?

Message When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added"
checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with
the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
